We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for rubber tracks to most
regions in Canada. This offer is valid only for shipments to a commercial address or a freight
terminal where the goods can be picked up.
Residential and Countryside Deliveries:
If you prefer your package to be delivered directly to
a residential address or a countryside area, additional charges will apply. To check the eligibility
of your region or product for free shipping and to know the extra costs for residential or
countryside delivery, please use our shipping calculator.
Non-Eligible Regions: Certain regions, such as Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and
Yukon, are not covered by our free shipping offer. Orders destined for these areas will be
subject to a personalized quote with the best available carriers, and additional charges will
apply.
United States:
We do not offer shipping to the United States.

Delivery Options:
● Commercial Address: The most economical delivery method is to a commercial
address.
● Terminal Pickup: If the address is not suitable for delivery or if unloading is impossible,
you can choose to pick up your package at the local terminal.
● Residential Address: For home delivery, additional charges will apply. Ensure someone
is present to unload the package.
Additional Charges: Unexpected fees may apply if additional services such as a liftgate or
extended loading time are required.

Returns:

Policy:
● Returns are accepted for items that are new, in their original, unopened condition, and
unused within 30 days of the delivery date. Used products are not returnable.
● Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
● To initiate a return, please inform us within 30 days of the delivery by submitting the
return form available online.
● We will provide a full refund, excluding the original and return shipping fees, unless the
return is due to a mistake on our part.

Warranty:

Conditions:
This limited warranty covers 20 months for a mini excavator & 16 months for a compact track
and is offered on a pro-rata basis.
